The SABRE System permits integrated reservations, data collection, communications and management reporting around the world. It hosts more airline, hotel and car inventory and additional travel data than any other real-time commercial database in the world. In addition, SABRE provides direct "inside" access to all other travel databases, permitting instantaneous confirmations on all scheduled carriers and for most major hotel chains
SABRE also stores the largest and most complete airfare listing available and is programmed so that our consultants can automatically audit each booking to determine whether a lower fare could have applied. A single key stroke makes the necessary changes, allowing us to apply the lower fare. We have the ability to transmit facsimiles directly from our computer terminals to clients, allowing us to offer your travelers and coordinators quality copies of detailed itineraries and confirmations. All Worldwide Travel SABRE terminals are linked, permitting a reservation made at any of our offices to be retrieved and acted upon at another Worldwide Travel location.

SABRE provides the most extensive range of fare information and pricing programs available anywhere. Also, our system locates the lowest applicable fare for an employee's specific travel plans. This feature can be applied at the outset of a booking to seek the lowest possible itinerary or to audit a completed booking to recommend lower fare alternatives. There is even a feature that continuously and automatically checks for lower fares right up to the time your ticket is issued. The SABRE system also obtains special or promotional fares. In addition to our SABRE system, our quality control program, AQUA 2000, includes a module which constantly searches for lower airfares and advises the travel consultant when a lower fare is found.
On any given routing and date, it's possible for a dozen or more different fares to be applied with a difference of up to 70% between the lowest fare and the highest.
Farlie Worldwide Travel will use our lowest fare search software to seek out the least costly way to accomplish every booking requested by your travelers. Once a booking is complete, our system automatically conducts an audit to ensure that the lowest rate has been applied. If for any reason we fail to offer you the lowest available and applicable rate, we will immediately refund the difference in full.
Not only does SABRE contain more flight availability than any other system, it goes one step further by giving us a direct, on-line link with most other airline computer systems. With a direct link, we are able to enter the airline's own reservation system to secure specific seats, until the last seat is sold. Also, we are able to confirm flights immediately, avoiding delays and client frustration.
Farlie Worldwide Travel's SABRE system can reserve the seat of choice on most air carriers, allowing us to view seat maps that show the aircraft layout to ensure that travelers receive the most comfortable seat available.
Using Personal Profiles, our SABRE system automatically advises the airline of the frequent flyer plan number whenever we issue a ticket. Hotel and car rental companies are advised of all pertinent frequent flyer plan numbers as well, ensuring that your travelers receive their frequent flyer points.
