Corporate and Personal Profiles are called up with every booking, resulting in faster, more consistently accurate and complete reservations. Following the completion of each itinerary, the reservation is subjected to vigorous quality control through our centralized Automated Quality Assurance (AQUA) 2000 system. AQUA is the original automated quality control program that launched an industry-wide focus on quality management. AQUA uses information stored in the agency's profiles to scrutinize almost every element of each individual reservation. Worldwide Travel Management has extensively enhanced its AQUA platform permitting even more accuracy in the final reservation.

of payment, and makes sure that any required department or project numbers are

Searches for the lowest fare on existing and alternate routing. AQUA sends the record and comments back to the consultant for follow-up with the client.
Obtaining the client's preferred seating is one of the biggest challenges facing agencies today. AQUA's seat module assigns, checks and changes passenger's seats to secure the desired seat, if it becomes available.
When a traveller cannot be accommodated on preferred flights or fares, this
tool repeatedly checks the inventory until the wait-listed flight is available.
