*Book 10, Hold 10 is valid on 7 night air only and package groups. Air seats must be available within allotment. Not valid on Sunwing Vacations products.

Price Guarantee:
Should Signature lower the prices, you can make a one-time price adjustment* up to 60 days prior to departure. Applicable to new booking and to departures Nov 01/10 - Apr 30/11.
*Price adjustment same gateway, destination, departure date, duration, hotel, room ategory and occupancy. It is based on having sufficient availability in Singautre's system to rebook the entire group at the requested price. Price Guarantee is not appliable to land only or bookings made with special hotel contract conditons. Group concessions may be forfeited.

Weddings Offer:
$500 Travel Voucher* for future travel and a FREE UPGRADE TO ELITE PLUS for the bride and groom (subject to availability at the time of booking). Must book a minimum of 10 rooms by July 30/10 to qualify.
*Travel voucher is issued under the name of the bride and groom. It is non-transferrable and has no cah value. Other restrictions apply.

Book a minimum of 4 months prior to departure and the Wedding couple will receive:

• A $500 future travel voucher with a minimum of 10 rooms booked
• AND a Sunquest E-boutique Voucher
  • $200 for a group of 10 rooms
  • $300 for a group of 15 rooms
  • $500 for a group of 20 rooms or more

Extra Groups Bonus:

All kids on any group files will receive a Kids pack which includes blue drawstring bag with water bottle, a 9" plastic frisbee, a mini football, vinyl beach ball, wooden beach rackets with a rubber ball, and a velcro paddle ball set, Subject to availability

Stash 10:
No matter what size of your group when requested, Sunquest will stash up to 10 extra seats along with 5 rooms for you woth no deposit! Let your group have piece of mind until 120* days prior to their departure or at EBB due dates where applicable. If these seats/rooms have not been filled, we will release them at no charge! Based on a minimum of 20 passengers.
*Sunquest reserves the right to release any unsold space peior to 120 days in the event of flight changes, hotel stop-sells or sold our situations. Offer not applicable to any Sandals or Couples Resort groups. Any unsold seats will be automatically released at deadline.

Price Guarantee:
At your agents' request, Sunquest will allow your group a one time price drop should Sunquest rates become lower than the total group rate anytime outise 60 days of group departure. Rates are based on identical dates, gateway, and duration plus inventory (both hotel and air) must be available for the entire size of the group.
Any original group offers such as complimentary stays, wedding offers or other may be null and void.

All Group Promotions are based on Sunquest product (packages) and are not applicable to Land only pax /Holiday House product.

Nolitours / Transat Holidays:

NO DEPOSIT WEDDINGS, our promise…
… we will book and hold space for your wedding party and guests for up to 90 days without a deposit*
 
*Applicable to departures between November 1, 2009 and October 31, 2010.  Bride and Groom are required to pay deposit.  Nolitours / Transat Holidays will hold inventory up to a maximum of 30 seats/15 rooms with no deposit for 90 days.  Full deposit is required after 90 days.  Additional rooms/seats over and above the 30 seats/15 rooms will require a deposit.  Bookings within 90 days will follow standard group policies.  Available on all Nolitours and Transat Holidays product excluding when a group requires a separate hotel contract.

Upon request we will make a one time price adjustment on your group up to 60 days prior to departure.  The price promise is applicable on the same room category, same departure date and same gateway.  Inventory must be available at time of price promise request.  When a group requires a separate hotel contract the lower price promise does not apply.
